Gayla,
Anyone from the class of 70 or 71 is welcome to
attend.
If you put info out on your websites, please ask that
they put on the check memo "Class of 70 / 71", appropriately.
Thanks for volunteering to staff our registration
table. I will pass that along to our committee to discuss how we want to
handle registration.
I'm glad ya'll booked the Embassy. It's a great place
for a party.
I'll keep in touch.
Thanks.....Scotty

Scotty, just wanted to let you know that
the class of 70 and 71 got together at The Embassy Suites last Sunday
and we are doing our reunion there on October 21-23, 2005.
When we were meeting last Sunday, several
people said that they would like to attend your reunion. Would that be
ok? If so, I will tell them it is ok so that they can send their money
to you.
We would love to volunteer to work the
registration table or whatever you might need volunteers for that night
so that your classmates don't have to work and can enjoy the party.
Please let me know if there is anything we can do for you.
Thanks,
Gayla Goolsby Mitchell

Gayla, I just wanted to let you know of my dad's
death, Eugene E. Kribbs. He died on Jan 24 of cancer at the age of 84. Even
though he taught at SOC, some of the guys might remember him because he was
the golf coach there. He taught at SOC for 17 years then was at the adult
vocational school for 7 years. The obit was in the Abilene Reporter News,
www.reporter-news.com on Jan 26th. I
thought there might be a place in the website for this info. Thanks, Diane
