Fondest Memory: Being recruited by Coach Orr to play basketball for Kimball. It changed my life. 2nd favorite is Mrs. Pylant's Biology class.
The Real Me: That I was very lacking in self-confidence and really wanted to be friends with as many of our class as possible.
Benefit/Waste: The most beneficial: played basketball as a Soph and Jr. It forced me into a new circle of friends and taught me to somewhat come out of my "shell." Waste of Time: French class.
Learned After Graduation: To appreciate where I came from.
Looking Back: Two things: (1) I missed out on a lot of opportunities by not being involved in the music department, and (2) there was a lot of parties going on that I never knew one thing about. I should have been more aware and not such a prude.
People Will/Will Not Recognize Me: They will: I'm still 6'5" tall, just not quite as dorky as I was then.
