Fondest Senior Memory: Walking through the halls being able to hold hands with my girlfriend, young love was so naive, but it was fun.
The Real Me: That I set a very high value on life, freedom, friendships, loyalty to others, & personal responsibilities.
Benefit/Waste: Most beneficial was our teachers pushing us and demanding our best, not just getting by. Biggest waste - taking German language classes, haven't used any yet.
Learned After Graduation: Abilities are limited ONLY by personal roadblocks. Real accomplishments are made one step at a time and by thinking "outside the box", not limiting ourselves to rigid standards set by others. Success & wealth are determined by one's own values.
Looking Back: Teachers I had throughout my school years REALLY cared that their students got a quality education, including not only "book smarts", but ethical values, discipline, honesty, and good old "common sense" to experience life and to enjoy the experience.
Will/Will Not Recognize Me: Classmates will recognize me physically because my appearance hasn't changed that much, just more gray hair and wrinkles. Classmates may not recognize me mentally because my attitude toward life & education has matured.
